All classes are held at
Southern Cross Guest Ranch in Madison, GA
Open classes (brackets 1, 2, 3 and 4)
take place in two-week increments broken into two 5 day class periods
Monday-Friday.
These are held the last 2 weeks of February and August
and will include class, Lab and barn time.
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND BOTH WEEKS.
Students Are required to stay on site.
The Dental Summit & Certification
Is for certified practitioners to fulfill the required annual/and Bi-annual
continuing education, as well as
students that have completed Bracket 4 and are ready to certify.
This intensive 3 day dental summit
will be held Tuesday - Thursday in November, and includes
whole horse body evaluations, practical work & Round table discussions. Students will need to provide their own lodging and meals.

Registration due by December 1, 2026 February 15-19, 2027 February 22-23, 2027 Week 1 Check in Monday February 15 Check out Saturday February 23 All students are required to stay on site at the ranch. Please book early to ensure your room. Inform the ranch at the time of your reservation that you are part of the dental program to get your discount. You can also inform them if you would like to share a room to save on costs as well. They will do their best to accommodate you. Week 2 Check in Sunday February 21 Check out Friday February 23 Keep in mind, we may have horses on both Fridays after checkout to work with. Student are required to attend both weeks. |

A Sample Schedule of the annual Summit
Day 1 Will be at an off-site location doing practical work with follow-up evaluations from instructors.
Day 2 Will be at an off-site location for practical work and testing for certifying students.
Day 3 Morning Practical whole horse body evaluations. Round table discussions to discuss and ask questions
about any aspects of NBD. Afternoon Continued round table discussions. Students receive testing status results.
Itinerary is subject to change.
ID cards will have a 1-2 year expiration date based on each individuals understanding the paradigm development and practical evaluations, Cards will be updated for those that are still maintaining the NBD standard of
perfection in balancing the horse's mouth.
